ProfitLeak helps Shopify merchants identify missing product costs, discounts, refunds, and low-margin orders.

Get help

If you installed ProfitLeak from the Shopify App Store, use the Get support option on the ProfitLeak app listing. That support channel identifies your store and helps route the request correctly.

Before requesting support

Include the affected order number, the date range selected in ProfitLeak, and a short description of what you expected to see. Never send Shopify passwords, API secrets, access tokens, or payment card information.

Service status

ProfitLeak exposes a minimal health endpoint at /healthz. A healthy service returns {"status":"ok"}.
